Founded in 1964 by Benny and Marija Muscat and still in the family, Ta' Marija is Malta's best-known flag-bearer for authentic Maltese cuisine — from Nanna's ravjul to rabbit three ways — with folklore dinner shows of traditional dance in 18th-century costume.
